General rental pricing: $225 per hour rental (2 hour minimum)
$350 cleaning fee $500 security deposit

Security cameras and recording devices:

–– Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) statements regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19). On a daily basis, we are working to ensure that we the meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our cleaning processes and health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to powder room and common area cleaning procedures.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
— The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
— Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
— High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
— A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

Prior to each booking, we ensure the following steps are taken for our guests:
— Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
— Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
— Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
— Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
— Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
— Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
— Disposable masks / face coverings
— Hand Sanitizer
— Disposable gloves

The space has the following features:
— Space has HEPA-certified air filters
— Space has additional space outdoors
— Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
— Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
