$225.00 PER HOUR (minimum 2 hour rental)

$250.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT (REFUNDED WITHIN 3 DAYS)

POLICIES:

NO smoking or non-service pets allowed on the property.

NO fireworks or fire pits allowed on the property.

NO dancing on the 2nd floor of the barn.

NO DJ's or live bands

To ensure a smooth planning process, please note that all rentals require 3 additional items.

1. Security deposit

2. Proof of additional liability insurance.

3. If alcohol is being served, it must be provided and served exclusively by a licensed mixologist who carries active insurance.

IMPORTANT - For all policies, the venue must be listed as an "Additional Insured" on your Certificate of Insurance (COI). All required documentation and the security deposit—which can be paid via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo— MUST be submitted at least 30 days prior of your event date to thebarnatlevioaks@gmail.com to maintain your reservation.

• Outside catering is allowed.

• Tents by approved third party rental companies is allowed.
